By booking or using any of the services provided by Chloe’s Cleaning Crew, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
You may cancel or reschedule your service with no penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount or Percentage].

Payments

Payments must be made after the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Specific payment instructions will be provided upon booking.

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Liability

Chloe’s Cleaning Crew is fully insured, and we take every precaution to provide a safe and professional service. However, we are not responsible for: Any pre-existing damage, scratches, or wear and tear on furniture or fixtures. Any damage to items that are delicate, valuable, or not previously disclosed. Loss or damage caused by faulty equipment or appliances within the home or property.
