Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
You may cancel or reschedule your service with no penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount or Percentage].
Payments
Payments must be made after the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Specific payment instructions will be provided upon booking.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
Claims for dissatisfaction after the 24-hour window may not be entertained.

Service Limitations
Chloe’s Cleaning Crew reserves the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Properties that pose health or safety risks to our team members (e.g., hazardous materials or dangerous environments).
Inappropriate or unsafe behavior from clients towards our staff.
